Balance Yourself: Exercise

A well-rounded fitness routine includes strength training, aerobic activity, flexibility, stretching, yoga, or Pilates and making the most of opportunities to move your body (stairs rather than elevator, parking further away).  Critical to your success in living a balanced life is to make exercise a priority in your life and be consistent.  Being fit helps you to enjoy and maximize your life.  It increases mental clarity and physical stamina.  An energized body assists in creating a positive outlook on your life, enhances self-esteem and self-confidence.  Exercise is the gift that keeps on giving all throughout your day.

For a balanced life – Exercise, Activity, and Movement as one of the important cornerstones.

All the best,
Cathy
