Visualize your body as a beautiful sports car with a high performance engine.  What would you put into this beautiful sports car?  Would you put in sub-standard fuel?  No!  Give your high performance, healthy body the fuel that it needs with high quality nutrition.  Feed your body and not your head hunger.  Protein, healthy fats and complex carbohydrates, high quality vitamins, in the form of balanced meals throughout the day.  You are a result of your food choices – healthy or unhealthy. 

Balance Yourself:  Focus on getting the most nutrition bang for your calorie bucks.  Spend your calories as wisely for nutrition as you would your money.
