Balance Yourself: Hydrate With Water

Water is the beverage of life.  Water is the perfect liquid to nourish your body and mind.  Water helps transport vital nutrients, regulates body temperature, assists in digestion, keeps joints fluid and healthy, cleans out your body, enhances your metabolism, assists in regulating appetite, keeps skin healthy, clear, and young.  Water is the one thing that you cannot live without.  You can live without eating longer than you can live without proper consumption of water. 

Balance Yourself:  Drink 8-10 glasses of water each day.  Keep your insides clean, your mind and weight healthy, and get rid of fat.  Your body, physically and mentally, will thank you.
