Listen Or Watch Your Motivation To Exercise

Tip for Motivation To Exercise:

If you need an incentive for regular exercise, plug in.  Rent a dvd or audio book.  Commit to yourself that you will only watch the dvd or listen to the audio book while you are exercising.  It will encourage you to exercise longer and more frequently.
