With any goal or dream you desire, visualize it in your head. Do you want to lose weight? See yourself weighing that weight. Feel how it would feel to wear a different size clothes. Believe that you can reach your weight loss goals because you can! Yes, even if you haven’t lost weight for a long time or regained weight back, you can do it. If you see it, you can be it. All you have to do is go for it! If you have a photo of yourself at a certain weight that you’d like to get back to, have it available and look at it regularly. See yourself that way again.
If it feels as though you can’t, I’m here to tell you that you can. Take the first step to go for it. I’ve helped many coaching clients do exactly that. You can too. You’re no different than anyone else that achieves their weight loss goals. These’s nothing stopping you except your own limitations. Through coaching, we can blast through those limitations and achieve your weight loss goals.
If you want it, see it. If you see it, you can be it! Go for it!
