Never Give Up

Recently a friend of mine was going through a difficult time in her life.  As she shared with me the circumstances and feelings of discouragement she was feeling, all of a sudden she quoted Winston Churchill.  As Churchill stated, “Never, never, never, never give up!”  Talk about making a u-turn!  I was so inspired by the challenges she was experiencing in her life yet she had that inner light of hope and strength by telling me she would never, never, never, never give up!

Strengthen your muscle of never giving up.  A slip up in your diet doesn’t mean you’re a failure or you should give up.  You pick yourself up, be stronger from the experience, and move forward with commitment and dedication.  Tomorrow has passed but you are responsible for the choices you make right here, right now.  Know your priorities to lose weight, make the hard choices.  Say a rosounding “YES” to what you want and say “no”, or “later, maybe” to things of lesser importance.   Say “YES” to create the life that you truly want.  You and your weight loss goals in your life are worth much more than the temporary fix of food.

Believe In Yourself,
Cathy
