Appreciation Of All You Have

Is your glass half full or half empty?  There are so many ways to answer this question.  Have you ever noticed how some people complain even though they have so much (including a place to live and meals to eat)?  Is their cup half full?  No.  Is there cup half empty?  Again, no.  Their cup is completely empty.

Nothing puts a hole in your cup faster than complaining and always seeing the negative in a situation.  Your cup is probably overflowing but you’re thinking about the things you want rather than the things you already have in your life.

We get focused on how much weight we have to lose that we don’t acknowledge the weight we’ve lost!  Give yourself credit and fill your cup with the accomplishments and gifts in your life right now.  By appreciating what you have done and what you have, you’ll continue to always have a full cup.
