Here’s a tip for losing weight a lot faster.
Eat 4 to 6 small meals a day. I know it sounds funny but it helps. You can fit 4 to 6 small meals in each day all not going over 1800 calories, this way your metabolism starts working in overdrive and you body burns more weight much faster.
