My name is Cathy Wilson. I am married and have two children. I am a PCC, Professional Certified Coach, a high-level accreditation from the International Coach Federation, and a CLC, Certified Life Coach. I have specialty training in addiction, back on track (to reach weight loss/maintenance goals or any other goals in your life), and group coaching. I am an instructor with Bariatric University and teach coach training. I had RNY Lap Gastric Bypass Surgery in 2001. I lost 147 pounds.
