Begin Again

Are you disappointed with a food choice or an entire day of food selections that you regret?  You don’t need to be.  Don’t allow the disappointment, guilt, or shame to get you down.  You are so much stronger than that.  Get up and move full speed ahead.

A diet usually begins on a certain day of the week or the following day.  By changing your life and your focus away from food, you can begin again with the very next meal.  A weight problem or weight gain isn’t from only one day or even an episode of a disappointing food choice.  The important distinction is that you rebound.  Don’t dwell on what you ate.  Look ahead and continue moving forward with your healthy habits and lifestyle.  Weight loss success and maintenance happen based on what you do for most days in your food choices and not an occasional slip up.  

Weight gain or weight loss aren’t determined in a small window of your entire long-term healthy lifestyle.  Zoom out and appreciate what you’ve done already in your weight loss success and celebrate your commitment for an exciting and fulfilling life.   Woo Hoo!  You ARE doing it!
