Just Say NO to the Easter Bunny

Halloween is the number one holiday of candy with Easter as a close second.  With overflowing baskets of those sugary confections still hanging around the day after Easter, decisions must be made if you are following a healthy lifestyle.  Knowledge is power so here are some stats of Easter goodies the Easter Bunny includes in baskets.

The Easter Bunny is cute and to be enjoyed but just say NO to the bunny treats he hawks.  You can enjoy Easter without the focus on the Bunny.  Besides, today is post-Easter so back on track rather the very fleeting, temporary consumption of the Easter basket.

With me, hold up your hand and tell the Easter Bunny to talk to the hand and just say NO!!!!!
