Take a Relaxing Dip

For a Soothing Bath

Put one-half cup of herbs like rosemary, mint, chamomile, rose petals or lavender into a net bag along with one cup of Epsom salts and dip into the water for a relaxing herbal bath.

It will provide your own refuge from the stress and the perfect get-away that will nurture you inside and out.
